Policies

POLICIES

The school has a wide range of policies and procedures which govern its safe and compliant operation. These are drawn from guidance and good practice established across Pakistan and reviewed on a periodic basis by the school and approved by the Board of Directors. As a member of the MLC community, your attitudes and actions in every situation will directly or indirectly affect your peers, students and the learning environment. All of the following policies should provide an outline of your basic responsibilities as a student/Parent/Gaurdian:

Attendance Policy

Raising standards in education and ensuring all students can fulfil their potential is an assumption widely understood but is often insufficiently stated – students are required to attend school regularly to benefit from their education. Missing out on lessons leaves children vulnerable to falling behind. Children with poor attendance tend to achieve less in Primary, Middle and Senior school. Failure to attend school will not only lead to scholarships being revoked but can also lead to senior students officially failing the school year. It is also important to note that enrolment maybe refused based on poor attendance.
In case a student is absent from the school for a period of 15 days without a written application, his/her name will be automatically struck off from the Campus roll and the student will have to undergo the admission process again.
